It’s the Summer of Innovation at Early Works!
You’ll find all kinds of hands-on activities for children of all ages, including the KidStruction Zone and Biscuit’s Backyard and will feature a different STEM related theme each month. Families will enjoy theme related daily activities, weekly activities and special “take over” weekends such as STAR WARS and LEGO weekends!
The Tinker Lab is a newly remodeled hands-on, science inspired maker’s space inside Early Works, which will offer daily STEM activities designed to introduce STEM concepts to young learners and their families.
Bobbi’s Think Big Studio is a new play space that includes large-scale building blocks, a ball and tunnel magnet board and the Create with Color Wall, a lite-brite inspired exhibit that allows visitors to explore and create patterns with light and colors.
Toys, the Inside Story is a travelling exhibit (only at Early Works through the summer) that consists of 12 hands-on stations that allow the visitor to explore how many of our favorite toys work. Stations include a giant Etch-A-Sketch, Tickle Me Elmo, circuit and gear tables and pinball machines.
All of the Summer of Innovation activities are included with your museum admission. Visit www.earlyworks.com to purchase tickets and for details on these and other exciting activities and events at Early Works!
