2025 Initial Parade Registration

Are you as excited as we are? The Parade details have been released!

 

This year, we are excited to announce that Food City is our presenting sponsor!

What can you do with the theme? It’s anything that make your Christmas merry! It could be the tree, the gifts, Santa & the elves, or maybe it’s the birth of Jesus – the theme is open for personal interpretation! We want to see just how creative you can be with your floats – cash prizes for the top 3! Remember, the Parade is at night, so lights are a must, and need to be included in your details!!

If you are interested in participating in the Parade, complete the Initial Registration below. This is NOT a guarantee of participation, but to let us know that your business or organization are interested. All initial registrations will be reviewed by a committee, and participants will be selected based on the information provided in the form, so give us as many details as you can!

All Parade correspondence will be sent to this email address. Emails will come from parade@mix969huntsville.com. It may be necessary to check your spam folder.
Type of Entry(Required)
Read through the options and select the one that best fits your entry. Select only ONE. For large vehicles, the streets may be narrow and corners difficult.
(1 truck + 1 trailer = 2 vehicles)
Estimated total of participants. This can be edited once your entry is approved. Include drivers/riders in/on trailers/floats, as well as those on foot. One adult for every 5 children (under age 14) participating is required for safety reasons, per Huntsville Police. Each participant (including an adult signature for minors) is required to sign a waiver.
Will your entry include animals?(Required)
Dogs/cats must have proof of current rabies vaccination; horses must have a negative Coggins test within the past 12 months.

Be as detailed as possible, being sure to stick to the Parade Theme, "A Very Merry Christmas", and include Christmas lights. Entries are selected based on the description. It will be returned to you if adequate information isn't provided.
I understand that completing this form does NOT guarantee a spot in the Parade, but only a registration to show desire to participate.(Required)
I understand that IF my entry is selected and my paperwork is NOT complete and submitted on or before the deadline, my spot in the Parade will be forfeited.(Required)
