September 15 – 19
It’s a pair of tickets to Back to the Future: The Musical, presented by Broadway Theatre League – September 30 – October 5. Our tickets are for opening night at 7pm!

There are some very interesting pieces of jewelry out there…..like
toilet paper earrings, a dried fish necklace (yes and actual dried
fish), or a Ken Doll ring. And now we introduce you to Kneecap
jewelry…and not just any knee caps…this jewelry is made from
Elton John’s kneecaps.
Elton had a double knee replacement last year, with an usual request to save them. After being baked and dried out, the kneecaps were painted and polished. Elton’s right kneecap was turned into a gold-plated necklace. His left kneecap was smaller, so it was turned into a gold broach.

- A young boy’s PlayStation 5 was stolen, just days before his birthday. So police officers involved in the investigation
used their own money to purchase Jacob a new one! - Thomas and Ernestine recently celebrated their 78th Anniversary. The couple married in 1947 and say they would do it all over again. They credit their long lasting marriage to honesty and
communication. - Rytoberfest happened in NY over the weekend. Hundreds of people all named “Ryan” got together to raise money for the Ryan Callahan
Foundation, which supports families of pediatric cancer patients. - And if shopping makes you happy….the NEACA Fall Craft show is this weekend at the VBC. The organization is giving away $20 gift cards every two hours….now that would put a smile on your face. Plus a portion of the proceeds from the event are donated to several
area charities.
