December 1 – 5
Abby & Bill have tickets to see K. C. and the Sunshine Band, March 5 at the VBC!
It’s McCrazy! The McDonald’s in NYC actually had to hire a
McBouncer to deal with all the rowdy teens. Police have been
called 15 times this year for various crimes. Apparently It has gotten out of McControl! Claudia, the McBouncer….says she is tough enough for the job….. and enforces a no-minors policy from 2-4 p.m. due to previous fights. Claudia even check’s teens’ phones for orders before allowing them in. Customers approve of the changes….the teens however are not McHappy about it at all.
Those classic Christmas movies we all know and
love…are coming back to the theatre. They include “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation”, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, “Elf”,
“The Polar Express”, “Love Actually” and others!A Good Samaritan just donated $100,000 to the
Salvation Army. A spokesperson for the organization expressed gratitude and emphasized the impact this generous contribution will have on the community. We just learned that Ozzy Osbourne collaborated with chimpanzees on several paintings before his death. The five original artworks sold for $75,000.. which will benefit the sanctuary where the chimpanzees live. By the way, Ozzy would have been 77 today.
Not a dog, not a cat, but a pet rabbit saved a woman and her family from a house fire last week. The owner woke up in the middle of the night to
her bunny jumping around and making lots of noise. It turned out their back porch was on fire. Everyone including the rabbit made it out ok, and even had enough time to save the family’s Christmas gifts.

About Bill:
Being from Connecticut, Bill is a huge New England Patriot fan! His career in radio began there and has taken him through Massachusetts, Central Pennsylvania…and along the journey, he’s met some pretty cool people – Sting, Van Halen, Aerosmith, TobyMac, Lauren Daigle and more!
Bill and his wife have three kids, two of which attend the University of Alabama Huntsville, and they all definitely take advantage of the fact that his ears “are shot”!
As the Mix 96.9 Morning Show Co-Host and “Traffic Guy”, Bill adds his quick wit and humor to the morning show along with making sure you know everything you need to know in order to get to and from work safely Monday through Friday morning and afternoon.
When not hanging out in the Mix 96.9 studio, he and his wife take advantage of all the great sights and sounds, and, of course, the local food scene in and around the Huntsville area!
