It’s a car pass to the Huntsville Botanical Garden’s “Galaxy of Lights” Driving night for Abby & Bill’s trivia winners this week!
Talk about the Christmas Spirit….A couple in Germany recently
broke a world record for the number of Christmas trees under
one roof. Susanne and Thomas managed to squeeze hundreds of
colorful evergreens into every room. Their living room is filled
with so many trees that there is barely any room to sit down.
621 Christmas trees in all….are inside the family’s home…. and
they even had room for a few giant candy canes and other
decorations.
A Secret Santa recently donated $100,000, to a
United Way in Indiana. Five local churches will receive a portion of the
money…that will go to help 80 families.Police recently arrested an Amazon delivery driver during a traffic stop. The driver had 40 to 50 packages in his vehicle. Instead of leaving the holiday packages undelivered, officers took it upon themselves to deliver all 50 throughout the city.
UniBank in Massachusetts recently celebrated their anniversary by selling
gas for 10 cents a gallon….at their local Gulf station. Drivers lined up for blocks to fill up.And then we have Ozzy….a bull mastiff mix that just won a record for the World’s Largest Dog Tongue. Ozzy’s tongue measures 7.83 inches long.

Being from Connecticut, Bill is a huge New England Patriot fan! His career in radio began there and has taken him through Massachusetts, Central Pennsylvania…and along the journey, he’s met some pretty cool people – Sting, Van Halen, Aerosmith, TobyMac, Lauren Daigle and more!
Bill and his wife have three kids, two of which attend the University of Alabama Huntsville, and they all definitely take advantage of the fact that his ears “are shot”!
As the Mix 96.9 Morning Show Co-Host and “Traffic Guy”, Bill adds his quick wit and humor to the morning show along with making sure you know everything you need to know in order to get to and from work safely Monday through Friday morning and afternoon.
