Cadbury Crème Eggs are one of the most popular sweet treats
during the Easter season. Over 500 million, or about 3.7 eggs
per second are sold annually and will make their way into Easter
baskets across the world. (or in Bill’s case they may not make it
that far). As delicious as they are, we all know how messy they
can be. So Cadbury has come up with a way to help you out with
that. The GooTool…a five-in-one device that combines tweezers,
a spork, a grater, a straw and a whisk. So no matter how you like
to eat your crème egg….dip it out with a spoon, slice it, whisk
before eating, or grate some chocolate over a hot drink…The
GooToll has you covered. Cadbury’s says, “We’ve always known our fans are brilliantly bonkers, and the GooTool is the ultimate accessory for their quirky eating rituals.”
A Tutu-Wearing Pug has gone viral for celebrating her birthday at McDonald’s. Fancy, was riding shotgun in her mother’s car, while also wearing her birthday hat, when she received her birthday meal. No word on her age…a lady never tells her age.
Tyler Perry recently gave TSA workers at Atlanta’s airport $250,000 in Visa gift cards. The cards were for 250 TSA officers
who have gone six weeks without pay.Madison Hospital was recently designated North Alabama’s first Dementia Friendly Alabama hospital. This is due to their “Forget Me Not” program that trains staff on how to better deal and care for dementia patients and their families.
Athens has just announced their very first Taste of Athens-
Limestone. A food festival where you’ll get to sample signature bites from local favorites. It’s Monday, April 13 at First Baptist Church…and will benefit Senior Programs in the area through the

About Bill:
Being from Connecticut, Bill is a huge New England Patriot fan! His career in radio began there and has taken him through Massachusetts, Central Pennsylvania…and along the journey, he’s met some pretty cool people – Sting, Van Halen, Aerosmith, TobyMac, Lauren Daigle and more!
Bill and his wife have three kids, two of which attend the University of Alabama Huntsville, and they all definitely take advantage of the fact that his ears “are shot”!
As the Mix 96.9 Morning Show Co-Host and “Traffic Guy”, Bill adds his quick wit and humor to the morning show along with making sure you know everything you need to know in order to get to and from work safely Monday through Friday morning and afternoon.
